ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.271 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent based on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.09.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that after registering the case in Crime No.271 of 2016, on 17.08.2016, the second respondent has collected the telephone call details of the petitioner and also forming of special team to secure the accused is under process. Since the allegation is of job-racketing, the Superintendent of Police, Tirunelveli District, is directed to monitor the investigation in Crime No.271 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
