ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 323, 324, 506(i) IPC in Crime No.343 of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to business motive, the petitioner instigated the other accused to trespass the shop of the defacto complainant and damaged some things, worth about Rs.50,000/- and also the petitioner looted a sum of Rs.8,000/-. Hence, the present case has been registered.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and she has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that investigation is still pending.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case a this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
