ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A3, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.03.2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 302 IPC in connection with a case in Crime No.70 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police and hence seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused have committed murder of the deceased. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. It is further submitted that due to previous motive, this false case has been foisted against the petitioner and that A4 was granted bail by this court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7142 of 2018, dated 27.04.2018 and the petitioner is in judicial custody for more than 80 days and hence, the petitioner may be released on bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that in this case, the investigation is almost over and the accused is not having any previous case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also

considering the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 06.03.2018, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-cum-District Munsif, Lalgudi, Tiruchirapalli, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders.
