This petition has been filed to quash the case in Crime No.427 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.When the petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the jurisdictional court, ie., Judicial Magistrate, No.III, Dindigul in C.C.No.396/2022.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
