*********** The petitioner herein has filed this Civil Revision Petition for striking of O.S.No.802 of 2015 from the file of learned Principal District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli.

2. This Court is of the view that the petitioner can very well invoke the provisions of Order 7 Rule 1 of CPC r/w Section 151 Cr.P.C.

3. The petitioner's counsel submits that he would file such an application within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such an application is filed within one week, the Court below shall dispose of the same within a period of six weeks thereafter.

4. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
