ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner / sole accused, who was arrested on 25.09.2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 341 and 307 IPC in Crime NO.537 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 25.09.2016, the petitioner waylaid the de facto complainant and demanded money. As the de facto complainant refused to do the same, the petitioner abused him in filthy language and threatened him with dire consequences.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 25.09.2016 onwards.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is having 11 previous cases. He further submitted that investigation is pending.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is having 11 previous cases, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
