ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.69/2021 on file of the second respondent police station.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor sought time to file the final report. 3.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to file the final report before the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate's Court within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
