ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel to dispose of D.V.C.No.5 of 2016 within a stipulated time. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. Mr.S.C.Herold Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed a complaint under Domestic Violence Act in the year 2011 and after completion of the evidence of the petitioner, now the case is posted for respondents' evidence. The learned counsel would further submit that the delay in disposal, causes mental agony and hardship to the petitioner. He is entitled for earlier disposal of the case.

Considering the above facts and without going to the merits of the case, learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel is directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
