ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to direct the respondent to do further investigation based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 01/03/2023 by including all offences as stated in the complaint dated 18/02/2023 in Crime No.17/2023 on the file of the 2nd Respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is completed and Final Report is made rady.

3. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even though grievous injury suffered by the petitioner, the Penal Provision has been included in the First Information Report.

4. If it is the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner can approach the concerned Court before which the Final Report is going to be filed. The respondent is directed to present the Final Report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. After presentation of the above said Final 2/4

Report, the concerned trial Court is directed to issue notice to the petitioner on this aspect.

5. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
