PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.232/2017 on the file of the respondent police within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.232/2017 on the file of the respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police had registered a case, completed the investigation and about to file the final report.

3.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file the final report before the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate's Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4.With the above direction, the criminal original petition stands disposed of.
