This petition is filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint, dated 03.09.2016 and to conduct investigation in accordance with law and to lay the final report before the court concerned forthwith.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 30.09.2016, the respondent police registered FIR in Crime No.508 of 2016 under Sections 147, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC, on 22.12.2016.

3.Recording the above submission, this petition is disposed of.
