This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent under the guise of enquiry. 2.According to the petitioner, there is a money dispute between the parties. While so, the 3rd respondent lodged a false complaint against the petitioner. Taking advantage of the same, the 2nd respondent has harassed the petitioner by calling him to appear for enquiry. The petitioner has appeared for enquiry on 11.03.2025. Inspite of that the 2nd respondent called the petitioner for enquiry. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry. Though summons were served to the petitioner, he did not appear for enquiry and the enquiry is pending. Apart from that the 2nd respondent has not harassed the petitioner. They will complete the enquiry within a period of one week.
