ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondent No.3 from interfering in the civil dispute.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.Two facts are not in dispute. The petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.409 of 2014 in the month of October 2014. The respondent No.4 has given a complaint against the petitioner on 05.11.2014, for which the enquiry is pending.

4.It is also not in dispute that the petitioner is called for enquiry as seen from the summons issued by the second respondent dated 22.06.2015. Considering the same, the second respondent Is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of six weeks from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that during the enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. 5.With the above directions this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
