This Civil Revision Petition is filed as against the fair and decreetal order of the Additional District Court, Dindigul in I.A.No.160 of 2018 in O.S.No.72 of 2011, dated 24.02.2020.

2.Today(28.06.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication. A letter, dated 27.06.2022 has also been circulated to that effect.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and recording the above said letter, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
