The present petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.578 of 2020 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent, the investigation was undertaken upon the complaint made by the petitioner and now, further action dropped report is also made ready and it will be submitted before the concerned Court. 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy as per law.
