Considering the fact that pending these applications, the amount is said to have been paid, no further extension of time needs to be given. However the amount shall be deemed to have been paid within the time permitted by this Court and accordingly further proceedings can be taken by the respondents. 2.Even though the time originally granted by this Court ended on 03.03.2026, the payment shall be taken as within the time granted by this Court and accordingly the revenue authorities can process the matter further on merits. 23.03.2026 Ns 7/8
