This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to not to harass the petitioner and her husband under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of the private respondents. 2.According to the petitioner, there is a money dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents. In this regard, the private respondents have lodged a complaint against the petitioner. Taking advantage of the same, the respondent police insisted the petitioner to settle the amount. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation on 12.03.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the private respondents, the petitioner has been called for enquiry and the same was closed. Apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner.

4.Since the prayer of the petitioner is not to harass the petitioner and the respondent police has called the petitioner only for enquiry, nothing survives for further adjudication.
