PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the Respondents No.1 and 2 to give necessary Police Protection to the life and limb of the petitioner by considering her representation dated 06.04.2022 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 06.04.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 stated that enquiry is still pending.

3.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct a detailed enquiry after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the private respondent and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
