ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.05.2017, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b) and 307 IPC, which was then altered into Sections 294(b), 323 and 302 IPC in Crime No.514 of 2017 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2.Heard Mr.S.Poorna Chandran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Duraipandian, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner/accused has beaten the deceased namely Kannan, due to a dispute between them. The said Kannan became unconscious on 12.05.2017 and died on 13.05.2017.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor objected this bail petition and submitted that the petitioner/accused has pushed down the deceased person, namely Kannan, causing Hip fracture and internal injury. On 13.05.2017, the victim died in Coma and the petitioner/accused was arrested on the same day. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the post-mortem report is awaited, and investigation is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the gravity of offence and since the investigation is at
