ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiring into the complaint in reference to Crime No.249 of 2016 on the file of the third respondent.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in a fire accident, the third respondent has registered a case in Crime No.249 of 2016 against the petitioner's father and a foreman. It is further submitted that there is no foreman in the enquiry and the respondents are attempting to implicate the petitioner as second accused in this case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner has already been arrayed as A.2 in Crime No.249 of 2016 and the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.
5.In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), there is no scope for harassment. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
