Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a WRIT OF MANDUMUS directing the respondent No.2 The District Revenue Officer to look into the matter and grievance of the above named Petitioners based on representation dated 13.02.2026 of the writ petitioners related to the Appeal filed by the writ Petitioners and pending before him in the DRO office in B5/33288/2025 and personally examining the Petitioners and as well as the respondents cited in the Appeal also by Verifying the documents submitted by the writ petitioner before him within a time frame limit to issue appropriate legal orders within a time frame limit as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent No.2 to look into the matter and grievance of the petitioners based on representation dated 13.02.2026 of the writ petitioners related to the appeal filed by the petitioners and pending in the DRO office in B5/33288/2025. 2.In the UDR, patta was granted to respondents 3 and 4. When it came to the knowledge of the petitioners, they had filed an appeal before the 2nd respondent DRO, who is the appropriate authority for UDR cancellation, for cancellation, or modification. The second respondent received the same and numbered as B5/33288/2025. The said appeal was filed as early as August 2025. Since the same is pending, the petitioners have come forward to file the present writ petition seeking to dispose the appeal.

3.Therefore, the 2nd respondent shall dispose of the appeal within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
