Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take appropriate action on the representation made by the petitioner on 08.06.2015 in order to restrain and remove the illegal erection of the 6th respondent coir factory, which is being constructed very adjacent to the Government Elementary School, Vangaikurichi Village, Trichy. When the matter came up for hearings on 13.07.2015 and again on 03.08.2015, there was no representation for the petitioner. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
