ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are defendant Nos. 2 to 4 in O.S. No. 196 of 2021, in which the first respondent/plaintiff had filed an interlocutory application in I.A. No. 12 of 2021 before the learned Sub Judge, Devakottai. He would further submit that the main suit itself has already been disposed of, as per the order of this Court made in C.R.P. (MD) No. 1723 of 2023, dated 05.06.2024. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

2. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
