[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu, namely, Sudalai,son of Karuppasamy, aged about 52 years, challenging the detention order in H.S(M)Confdl.No.44 of 2021, dated 22.03.2021, passed by the second respondent, branding him as "Drug Offender " as contemplated under Section 2(e) of Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the State appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Rt.No.2070, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XII) Department, dated 4.5.2021, would state that the impugned detention order has been revoked.
3. Recording the above submission, the habeas corpus petition is closed.
