ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.91 of 2019 from the file of the third respondent to any other investigating agency.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that the second respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.91 of 2019 and filed charge-sheet on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel and the same has also been taken cognizance in C.C.No.370 of 2020 and it is pending for trial. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
