The petitioner has filed this petition stating that the second respondent is harassing him under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that a complaint was lodged by the petitioner against one Mohamed John before the Commissioner of Police, Madurai, in C.No.64/PG/DC Crime/2020 and based on that, enquiry was conducted by the second respondent police and the same was closed. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the enquiry was conducted by the second respondent on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and the same was also closed, this criminal original petition is closed.
