This petition is filed seeking to quash the charge sheet in Spl.S.C.No.40 of 2019 on the file of the Mahila Court, Theni. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner was tried by the Mahila Court, Theni, and acquitted by the judgment dated 27.01.2021.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
