Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JAYACHANDRAN.S, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time limit for deposit as per the direction issued by this Court vide order dated 30.01.2024 passed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.847 of 2024 in CRL.R.C(MD)No.72 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Time for complying with the conditions ordered by this Court in Crl.M.P (MD)No.847 of 2024 in CRL.R.C(MD)No.72 of 2024 dated 30.01.2024 is extended by two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further time will be given.
