ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.46 of 2015within a time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires four months time to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.110 of 2016.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.46 of 2015 before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court concerned within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
