This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 293 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 293 of 2019 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel on 29.03.2020 itself.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report.
