O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent.
2.According to the petitioner, there is a property dispute in respect of purchase of property. While so, the 3rd respondent lodged a false complaint. Taking advantage of the same, the 2nd respondent has harassed the petitioner by calling him to appear for enquiry. Therefore, the petitioner has sent a representation, dated 12.12.2024 and the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry and the same is pending. Apart from that the 2nd respondent has not harassed the petitioner. They will complete the enquiry within a period of one week. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private 2/4
respondent, is inclined to dispose of the petition by recording the submission of the 2nd respondent and direct the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry based on the complaint of the 3rd respondent and the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.12.2024 within a period of one week from the date of this order, in accordance with law. 5.With the above observations and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
