The petitioner with a grievance that the complaint of this petitioner, as against the fourth respondent has not been acted upon, has filed this Writ Petition.

2. Though this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition based on the directions already issued by the Hon'ble Division Bench, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produce a written instructions that the complaint of this petitioner was already enquired and closed that the petitioner has borrowed a sum of Rs.15,50,000/- from the fourth respondent and they are having a money transaction.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to file the report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, to enable the petitioner to file a protest petition. The 2/4

petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint. There shall be no order as to costs.
