Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the fair and executable order dated 07.11.2019 in I.A No. 1 of 2019 in A.S No. 26 of 2018 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Aruppukkottai against O.S No. 239 of 2003 on the file of Additional District Munsif, Aruppukkottai. ORDER:

This Petition is coming up for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 22.10. 2021 and the requisition letter of the Sub Judge, Aruppukottai vide letter in D.No.93 dated 03.02.2022, and this Court made the following order :- The learned Subordinate Judge, Aruppukottai, sent a letter dated 03.02.2022, requesting extension of further time of two months to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2019 in A.S.No.26 of 2018, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 22.10.2021.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 03.02.2022, a further time of two months is granted from today to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2019 in A.S.No.26 of 2018.
