The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the property in S.NO.521/15, measuring about 1302 sq.ft bearing patta No.371, situate in Thiruvellarai Village, Mannachanallur Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.According to the Petitioner, patta for the subject property originally stood in the name of his father Veeramani Muthuraja. After the death of the Petitioner's father, the other legal heirs of Veeramani Muthuraja executed a release deed in favour of Petition on 19.12.2022. Thus according to the petitioner, he is the absolute owner of the subject property. He submitted an application before the respondents seeking survey of the subject property on 9.1.2023 and the same has not been considered so far. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.
4.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader who appears for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the Petitioner has not submitted proper online application to the 2/5
respondents. Hence the Petitioner's request has not been considered.
5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Petitioner is directed to produce the acknowledgment for filing proper online application before the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy or this order. On production of proper acknowledgment, the above said authority shall consider the online application submitted by the Petitioner and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.

6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
