ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4. Issuance of notice to the respondents 5 to 7 is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner wants the encroachments in the petition mentioned water body to be removed. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that survey was conducted and as many as eight persons have been identified. Form I notice has also been issued. We direct that this process of removal of encroachments shall be taken to its logical conclusion within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Due process of law will be followed.

3.This writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
