ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. He would further submit that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.
4.In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), there is no scope for harassment. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
