This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking quashment of the FIR in Crime.No.21 of 2020 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.On the earlier occasion ie, on 19.07.2021, there was no representation for the petitioners. So, the matter was ordered to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
