ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 307, 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.175 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.The petitioners are said to have assaulted the defacto complainant with Aruval. In view of the conduct of the petitioners, the discretionary jurisdiction of this Court is not excised in their favour. The first petitioner is also having as many as seven previous case to his credit.

4.Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
