PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Central Government to re-consider all the nomination made by them the Central Council for Indian Medicine from 28.02.2014 vide the notification in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) dated 03.03.2014, nomination made by them the Central Council for Homeopathy from 28.02.2014 vide the Notification on the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) dated 03.03.2014 and to the Medical Council of India vide the notification in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii) dated 05.11.2013 and consequently, restrain them from allowing such nominated Central members of Council of Indian Medicine as well as the Medical Council of India to function as members of the CCIM, CCH or the MCI.
