PRAYER :- To EXTEND THE TIME which was granted in Crl.OP.(MD).No 80 of 2020 dated 07.01.2020 for surrendering the petitioner and applying for recall of warrant in connection with C.C.No.348 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Court No. I, Gowtham Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh for a further period of two months.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL.OP(MD)No.80 of 2020, dated 07.01.2020 for surrendering the petitioner and applying for recall of warrant in connection with C.C.No.348 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Court No. I, Gowtham Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner could not surrender before the concerned Court and apply for recall of warrant within a stipulated time, as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is ordered and the time for surrendering the petitioner and applying for recall of warrant in connection with C.C.No.348 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Court No. I, Gowtham Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
