(in both petitions) For Petitioner : Mr.K.Kannan For R1 and R2 : Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh Government Advocate (crl.side) COMMON ORDER This writ petitions have been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to take appropriate action as against the respondents No.3 and 4, on the basis of the petitioners' complaint dated 27.03.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the complaint received from the third party, a case in Crime No.115 of 2021 has been registered as against the third and fourth respondents by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

No.8045 of 2021 second respondent for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 333, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC. However, the petitioners are not the complainants in the aforesaid case and the petitioners have also lodged a complaint on 27.03.2021 as against the respondents 3 and 4 herein and the same is pending for enquiry. 3.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to enquire the petitioners' complaint dated 27.03.2021, after issuance of notice to the third and fourth respondents herein and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already registered any crime on the complaint lodged by the petitioners as against the respondents 3 and 4 herein.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
