ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of Appeal No.688 of 2023 filed by the petitioner dated 28.12.2021, within the period stipulated by this Court
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that an enquiry notice dated 08.04.2026 was issued and the petitioner has also appeared and filed written arguments.
3. However, the first respondent has not passed any order. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
