Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent.
2. Today, Mr.M.Chokkanathan, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Sindhupatti Police Station, is present before this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.249/2016 has been completed and the case has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' on 17.04.2017 and a closure report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, and since the petitioner refused to receive the closure report, the same has been pasted on the house door of the petitioner. A copy of the closure report has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
