ORDER
The petitioner, who is the owner of the property in question, has filed the present writ petition, seeking a direction to the respondent to vacate the TASMAC Shop bearing No.10240, situated in the property S.No.250/2C13, TS-No.30,
situated at Door No.3, Ward No.5, Block No.62, Thirumahal Street, Trichy East Taluk, Trichy City, by considering petitioner's representation dated 11.01.2025.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the TASMAC shop in question will be vacated within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to vacate the TASMAC shop in question within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the said shop is not vacated within the prescribed time limit, appropriate steps will be taken in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
