This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct respondents no.1 & 2 to provide adequate police protection to construct the Arch in the petitioner's Patta Land situated in R.S.No.895/6A at Nattalam Village and protect the petitioner and his family members from the respondent nos. 3 & 4 and his family members, agent and rowdy elements.
