ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 30.11.2022 and the requisition letter submitted by Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi, Puddukkottai District, vide the letter in D.No.307/2024 dated 16.02.2024 forward by the Principal District Judge,Puddukkottai, this Court made the following order: "This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in D.V.C.No.3 of 2022.

2. By the order dated 19.12.2023, this Court directed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi, to conclude the case in D.V.C.No.3 of 2022, pending on his file, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the learned Judge, seeks further time to complete the trial process. 3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted.
