This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents no. 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the respondents no. 3 to 5 by conducting an enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2021. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the complaint given by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

WP(MD). No.8128 of 2021 petitioner, petition enquiry is pending on the file of the second respondent.

3.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents police. 4.Considering the above, the second respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry and complete the same, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

5.With the above observations and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
