3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by this petitioner, a case in Crime No.56 of 2021 has been registered against the private respondent for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 324, 506 IPC and it was closed on 07.08.2021.
