Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The petitioner alleges that the petition mentioned document is a fraudulent one. He has given a complaint. The second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass final order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. The second respondent will put the interested parties on notice before passing final order. 3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
