ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 324, 506(ii) and 435 IPC r/w Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.588 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seeks (*) bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused person damaged the lorry and caused damage to the tune of Rs.25,000/-.

4.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence and prays for (*)bail in favour of the petitioner. 5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that investigation is pending and co accused is yet to be arrested and A1 & A3 are still in custody.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the veracity of offence committed by the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant (*)bail to the petitioner. sd/- 19/10/2016 / TRUE COPY / (*)Amended as per order dated.09.11.2016 made in Crl.OP(MD)No.21339/2016.
